James Bridges
James is a sought after speaker on technology in the practice of real estate. His systems have lead to millions of dollars worth of commissions for his own real estate practice and those that he advises.
A graduate with honors from the University of Southern California James graduated from the prestigious Marshall School of Business. He founded technology consulting companies while in college and went on to earn his MCSD, Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, designation from Microsoft, the highest level of technology certification that one can obtain.
After college he went on to work in Fortune 500,100, and 50 companies for a major consulting company. After improving companies James decided to take his technology and business skills to found a real estate company. He is a licensed CA Real Estate Broker and a member of the California Association of Realtors and a member of the National Association of Realtors
He continues to practice real estate as owner and president of the Global Trust Team, a top real estate team located in Long Beach, CA. His team is continually in the top 1% of all real estate teams nationwide and is in the top .05% of all teams and agents at Keller Williams Realty International.
His vision has lead to the creation of the technology and real estate systems that have been designed and sold by Internet & Real Estate Success, Inc.
Joseph Bridges
Joseph graduated Cum Laude from the University of Southern California
with a degree in information systems. He was a consultant to Fortune 500
companies on building their IT systems. He attained is MCSD certification
from Microsoft which is the top-level certification for advanced developers
who design and develop leading-edge enterprise solutions using Microsoft
development tools and technologies.
Joseph taught as an instructor in the Internet Technology Program at the
School of Engineering at the University of Southern California for 6 years
where he taught students and employees how to implement Microsoft and web
technologies. For the last 4 years he and his brother James have been real
estate brokers and helping people accomplish their goals in real estate.
He is a licensed CA Real Estate Broker and a member of the California Association of Realtors and a member of the National Association of Realtors.
He is also a loss mitigation specialist who works with numerous banks and clients to negotiate short sale transactions. He developed the systems that his team and his clients use to successful list and sell short sale listings.
Joseph also manages multiple Google accounts for various clients and assists clients in improving their results within Google.
